Editorial Policy

This editorial policy explains how Business Reports researches, writes, fact-checks and updates its content. We want every project report and guide to be accurate, useful and free from commercial influence.

Our Standards

  • Accuracy: every figure comes from an official source or a documented market check.
  • Clarity: we write in plain language with short sentences and clear tables.
  • Independence: no bank, lender, advertiser or government body reviews or approves our content.
  • Transparency: we show our calculations and link to our sources.

Who Writes Our Content

The Business Reports editorial team researches and writes every page. Each piece goes through a second review for numbers, scheme rules and links before it is published.

Research and Sourcing

We start with primary sources such as KVIC and PMEGP guidelines, MUDRA, NABARD model schemes, Ministry of MSME publications and RBI circulars. Furthermore, we check machinery, raw material and rent costs against current market rates. Our sources and methodology page lists every source.

Fact-Checking

  • Scheme limits, subsidy rates and eligibility are checked against the official scheme page.
  • Calculations such as EMI, break-even and DSCR are recalculated before publishing.
  • Every external link is checked so that it points to an official or reputable source.

Updates

Scheme rules and interest rates change often. Therefore, we review loan guides whenever a scheme changes and recheck our most-read reports on a regular cycle.

Corrections

If you find an error, please contact us with the page link and the correct figure. We check every report we receive and fix confirmed errors quickly.

Advertising and Independence

Ads or affiliate links never influence what we write or recommend. Read our advertising disclosure and disclaimer for details, or learn more about us.
